Very friendly staff, ambience of the reception area, bakery, bar and Restaurant area all very clean and spacious. Greeted by receptionist Nala who was very helpful the whole of my stay. Had breakfast multiple times with a good variety of food for both Indonesian and International guests Received a complimentary lunch on check out as a gift from Indonesia. Restaurant has very welcoming staff like Inas who assisted always with a smile and very kind. Also held party for New Year’s Eve which was very fun lovely decor and good vibes. I will definitely look to book with Harris again on my next trip to Indonesia. Would definitely recommend :)

Breakfast buffet is always very good with different selections each day, as is the case with the dinner buffet when it’s on. If not dinner buffet, a la carte available. Reliable a/c, plenty of hot water for showers, and comfy beds in a good location. Pool is long enough for decent laps, with a well-equipped gym including sauna. Spa and massages available for additional cost. Staff are very friendly and helpful in all aspects.

Super comfortable beds and particularly pillows. Although booked room only since not a breakfast person, the buffet set up and offering was extensive and well presented. I enjoyed great coffees and pastry at the lobby lounge catered by young and enthusiastic team members. Super helpful and friendly team members.

Room facilities are complete, and the bathroom is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much variety of food. The staff are friendly. It Is close to the mall and train stations.

The hotel is quite old, good in maintenance. However, it needs to be renewed regularly. I.e. the sofa is broken, not comfy even for sitting. The room is spacious and equipped with bath tub, which not every standard/superior room has it. Another plus.
